Executive Management
To learn more about our Executive Management, please read the biographies below: Warren Pino, President Warren attained his bachelor's degree in 1980 from Brigham Young University. He continued his education at Arizona State University where he received his MBA in 1981. After accumulating nearly ten years of experience in the industry, he established Q & A Research in 1991. Today, Warren continues to take an active and personal role in moderating focus groups and project management. He has published a number of industry articles and has been the recipient of several recognition awards. Email:

Craig Wong, Executive Vice President Craig started with Q & A Research in 1993 after being educated at the University of California, Los Angeles. Originally hired to perform data entry work for Q & A's registration card business, he was quickly moved to creating those data entry programs, cleaning the data and creating the tabulated reports. As Q & A grew, Craig was soon in charge of the programming team. In 2000, Craig was promoted to the position of Vice President, Operations, becoming a member of the Executive Management team. In this role he manages Q & A's in-house staff of web survey and CATI programmers, coders, verbatim editors and data processors. Besides these responsibilities, he oversees the personnel and operations of Q & A's focus facility in Kansas City. Email:
