Q & A's qualitative staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and quality recruiting at a competitive price. Our staff of seasoned professionals will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. Michaelyn Johnson, Vice President, Qualitative Services
Michaelyn graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Sociology. After working in the health and fitness industry for six years in sales and marketing, Michaelyn moved into the market research arena. She now oversees Q & A's two focus group facilities in Novato and Walnut Creek.

Katherine Horrocks, General Manager, San Francisco Bay Area
Katherine joined the Q&A Research team in April 2006, happy to return to the Bay Area after spending 4 years working at a top focus group facility in Los Angeles. In LA, she had the opportunity to help oversee recruiting and facility management while serving as Project Director for a variety of clients in consumer products, healthcare, and financial industries. Here at Q&A, Katherine considers herself fortunate to be able to fill a very similar role - managing a variety of projects, as well as helping manage the rapidly growing facility. Katherine also specializes in screener writing and field management, and is an active member of the Marketing Research Association.
